How We Started

Our founder spent 13 years at one of the country's well known insurance carriers. He started as a field adjuster on the catastrophe team inspecting property damage and held many roles throughout his career. His next venture was as a roof contractor in a mountain environment where he was able to learn the opposite side of the restoration business. The prior insurance knowledge made handling claims for his roof customers a breeze to handle but also opened his eyes to how many people struggle with insurance claims. The desire to help consumers and contractors led to the formation of Free Claims Advisor.

Our Approach
